Five steps to becoming a member of AIM Speech & Debate:
Step 1: All AIM members must agree with the Stoa Statement of Faith and the Student Code of Conduct.
Step 2: All AIM families must join Stoa for a modest fee. Visit stoahub.org to register.
Step 3: All AIM families complete registration and pay the annual dues: $75 per family with 1 competitor, $125 per family with 2 or more competitors. This fee is due on the first night of club in September.
Step 4: All AIM students must compete in at least two tournaments in the class(es) they attend. Apologetics or Mars Hill are required.
Step 5: AIM parents are required to remain onsite if students are under the age of 16 or it is their first year attending club. All parents are required to remain onsite and judge speech and debate practice rounds throughout the year. Club doesn't run if parents are not willing to come and give feedback to the students as well. This is a family activity!
